How to add properties to your blogger photos:

1.)  click on the photo button on top right hand corner

the button right next to the word link

2.) Choose a photo to upload and upload that photo

3.) Left click on the photo there you will see a list of options

4.) Click on properties the second button to the right.

5.) Add conducive verbiage to the photo properties
